Full wages – repeal employer-sponsored health insurance
Put additional wages, tax-free, into (newly created) No-limit HSA
Unrestricted block grants to states for Medicaid; states control their programs
Gradual payout of Medicare into senior No-limit-HSAs, then discontinue
Phase out unnecessary regulations and downsize irrelevant agencies
